Request for Apprentice Trainers for 2005/2006!!!
Nomination Form
The Agenda for Children will be accepting nominations for Apprentice Trainers for the 2005/2006 school year. Anyone currently working in a Cambridge Afterschool Program is eligible to apply (organizational leaders, program directors/coordinators and frontline staff). This initiative is meant to build the capacity of Cambridge providers. As an Apprentice Trainer, participants will:
Work and assist along side Senior Trainers in the 4-part training series, "The Human Side of Quality" part of the Agenda for Children Leading for Quality Initiative.
Make a commitment to planning and delivery of training on the following schedule: an October planning meeting (to be scheduled), November 1, 2005 7am-4pm, December 6, 2005 7am-4pm, February 7, 2006 7am-4pm, March 28, 2006 7am-4pm. Some planning time with your senior trainer will be required in between trainings. It can be scheduled around your availability and can happen over the phone or using e-mail.
Organizations' supporting staff acting as Apprentice Trainers will receive a $1,000 gift.
